Nothing special...

Summer Is Coming

I'm little bit upset right now because I'm starting to feel something what I should not feel at all!!! Something which should be forbidden for me. I hate it and like it at the same time, though. Nothing much to worry about, too. It will be ok in some time. Hope so...

So, not to seem as the most depressed chick in the whole world, to be honest today was another good day of this month. We were in the theatre with school to watch czech play called Petrolejove lampy - Kerosene lamps. It's a bit tragical drama from the end of the 18th century. Shortly, it's story about one rich girl who is not very pretty and no one wants to marry her. So, after few months and weep away nights of loneliness she is proposed by her cousin (!!), the bust officer who terribly needs money. It's really clear why he wants to marry her, eh? Even though her father doesn't agree with whole wedding and with idea of having a son-in-law who is rude, they get married. The main problem of their marriage is that that guy has a syphilis and he doesn't want to sleep with his wife. She becomes depressed and sad because she wants to have a baby (sure she wants some more things than just that 0:D ) . The officer starts to drink a lot - should be called an alcoholic - he is rude and though he promised wonders he doesn't do anything at all. It's not any surprise that he dies in the end of whole story.

It wasn't the best story to watch but I like it though. Actually, I like it a lot. Some scenes could be shorter some of them could be longer but generally it was good. After this performance we - me, Niky, Garni and Terka M. - went to Knihomol but unfortunately it was overcrowded and there were no free chairs for us. I was kind of wondering why so many people were there because I supposed people would be in their work not sitting in the restaurants. But if I'm thinking about it right now, it was the lunch time when we left the theatre. So then, Garni suggested to go to Mexita where I've never been to before nor heard about it. Afterwards when she told me that is italian-mexican restaurant I had no objections to go there. I LOVE these two cuisines plus chinese is great, too!! We were sitting in front of Mexita - not in the garden because it was AGAIN full of people - but it was really nice place which we figured out afterwards when it started to rain. Me and Garni, we both had chicken burritos, Niky had pizza with tomatoes (though she didn't eat any of them) and Terka had something called"pizza bread". It was pizza without anything but cheese on it. Lovely meal, too. We talked about random things, planning our summer holidays together because we will probably all stay in Hradec. We also settled our plans for Friday evening - first is Jeff's goodbye party then when we get bored we will go to our favourite Podvobraz. :)

I've got some plans for today evening as well. My father and I, we're going to that wine-tasting evening I wrote about some days ago to meet that French girl and friends of my parents. Another chance to do some flubs, eh? It won't be bad to take the dictionary with me I guess. I hope my father won't want to stay there for too long.

Oh, short message for my readers: I won't be here since Sunday to Wednesday because our class is on the school trip in Zamberk. I'm really excited to go there, just hanging around with friends, sunbathing and do some trips around. Than one day in school with party in the evening and then on Friday *fanfares* the end of this school year!!! And then just parties, relax, cafés, restaurants, friends, summer camps and hanging around without any purpose for whole two months!

Till next post...

Blog je fajnový, je milé číst to v angličtině. Ale malá korekce, Petrolejové lampy jsou moje nej knížka a je to doba meziválečná, ne konec 18. století.
