We Went Shopping Or Hunting?

Originally I wanted to post something yesterday but because of some strange reason my internet connection went off and I wasn't able to do anything at all. Honestly, I didn't have many things to say/write. Today was much more better day for new experiences.

First of all - the heats are going to stop for some days but today was pretty hot day - 35° they said, in some places even over 37°. The best day to stay at home or go swimming, eh? If you think that I spent whole day doing this you're TERRIBLY wrong. I spent whole day hanging out in town. Walking. Yep! Now, read why and what everything has happened:

We were given with Niky to go to the Carrefour to check it there if we could find some nice flip-flops. We both wear normal shoes - trainers - and it's not really good and healthy in this weather. We had thought that it will be easy. You know, they have almost everything in Carrefour. There are lots of various boutiques and shops with shoes or with clothes and we just thought that we would find something very quickly because one of my mom's colleagues told her about some good shop and really good prices. Well, we found this shop but flip-flops were nowhere. So, we went through all shops where they could possibly have what we want. No success at all! It's a superhuman achievement if you want to find simple flip-flops of neutral color with no flowers or even butterflies applications on it.

Afterwards we went to the city. Trust me if I tell you that we were in EVERY shop with shoes in Hradec, or in its center. Everywhere. And again we didn't find anything. Only pink, green, blue or even more coloured flip-flops or really nice black flip-flops but not in our size. Unbelievable. It seemed that all people in Hradec have same size of shoes. We were really tired because we spent 4,5 hours on our own feet walking in incredibly hot weather. Nuts, eh? In the end of our unsuccessful tour we decided to go back to Carrefour and buy first thing what we'll see. We were crossing the Big Square when I started to convince Niky to go to the DEFECT (skateshop) and then, if there's nothing there we will go straight to Carrefour. Ok, I wasn't convincing her a lot, I just said that we are going there if she wants or not. Thanks God we went there. We both FINALLY found flip-flops which we both really like - color, shape, even the string which you put between the tumb and forefinger was made of matter not of rubber. We found the flip-flops of wour dreams. After 5 hours walking like some idiots in whole city. I almost can't feel my feet because they burning like the hell.

The funniest thing about this whole flip-flops hunting thing is that we both, Niky and me, really HATE shopping. We both hate Carrefour because this shop pisses us off a lot. We're really crazy, I guess. But we have our niiice flip-flops. (Thanks God)

So, this was our madly spent day. I'm really exhausted without any sense in my feet but happy to have what I want.
